Great Malvern, UK

7thEdition 100pxh

The fact that Great Malvern is situated in a somewhat remote location has had an important impact on its history; the Victorians liked to travel here to get away from the pollution of London, and the radar research facility was moved here during the Second World War to make it less susceptible to attack.

But don't let this rural location put you off! Great Malvern has direct non-stop services to and from London Paddington via Reading and Oxford.

We'll provide an update for this year soon.

We're delighted that our Travel Partner GWR will once again name their early morning service out of London Paddington direct to Great Malvern The Innovation Express during the Festival.

Festival Weekdays*: Catch The Innovation Express at 06:52 from London Paddington (07:06 Slough, 07:22 Reading, 08:01 Oxford, 09:19 Worcester Foregate Street) to arrive in Great Malvern at 09:32 in time for the Opening Plenaries.

Festival Saturday 7th Oct. 2017*: Catch The Innovation Express at 07:15 from London Paddington (07:31 Slough, 07:54 Reading, 08:23 Oxford, 09:45 Worcester Foregate Street) to arrive in Great Malvern at 10:00 in time for the Family Show.
